ELIZABETH GRAVES
Founder and Principal Designer
Elizabeth Graves Interior Design is a full-service residential interior design firm based in Charleston, South Carolina.
Growing up in a historic home, Elizabeth developed an appreciation for thoughtfully designed homes at an early age. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Georgia, she spent several years working at both a residential interior design firm and an architecture firm in Atlanta. This unique combination of experience shaped her thoughtful, detail-driven approach, blending beautiful interiors with a deep understanding of how homes are designed and lived in.
After moving to Charleston in 2020, Elizabeth founded Elizabeth Graves Design. Since then, she has become known for creating colorful, collected interiors that are thoughtfully tailored to each homeowner. Her signature style blends bold patterns, rich textures, heirloom antiques, and unexpected pairings to create homes that feel timeless, inviting, and full of personality.
Elizabeth believes the most memorable homes are layered over time and filled with pieces that tell a story. She works closely with each client to create spaces that balance beauty and function while reflecting the way they live. Every project is designed to feel authentic and personal, with a mix of classic elements and fresh, unexpected details.
When she's not designing, Elizabeth's favorite role is being a wife and mom to her two energetic young boys. She loves spending time on the water, hunting for antiques, and gathering with friends for a game of mahjong and a great cocktail.
ABIGAIL GANTT
Associate Designer
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Abigail has always had a love for creativity and thoughtful details. Growing up in a home that encouraged creativity, she developed a natural eye for design and an appreciation for spaces that feel collected, personal, and inviting. Abigail earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Liberty University, along with a minor in Business, before joining Elizabeth Graves Design in 2024. At EGD, she helps guide clients through the design process, bringing each project's unique vision to life through thoughtful selections and attention to detail. When she’s not designing, Abigail loves long walks with her husband, gathering with friends, tackling creative projects, and never passing up a chance to browse a good antique shop.
DANA CUBBAGE
Executive Project Manager
Behind every beautiful room is a master class in logistics, and that is where Dana thrives. She spent nine years navigating corporate America, mastering the art of budget management, timelines, and cross-functional communication. Driven by a passion for visual arts, Dana transitioned into the design industry. Her unique perspective is further sharpened by her background as a professional wedding photographer and business owner. Having orchestrated countless wedding days, she is uniquely skilled at keeping cool under pressure, managing moving parts, and ensuring a flawless client experience. In her free time, she loves to travel to new and exotic places!
